Water was coming in through a light fixture during the spring thaw. We called several companies and Forlife got back to us right away and came out two days later. Other places I called said two weeks, some not at all. They did a thorough inspection of our attic, pointed out the deficiencies of the builder and previous owner, then got the work done as soon as the weather improved. The work looks great and we don't expect more issues with ventilation in our attic. Youcef was also great working within the constraints of our condo board.
